The principals are a kind and respectful family with a young child, seeking long-term trusted support alongside seasonal hospitality assistance.

SEASONAL | SEPTEMBER–NOVEMBER & MARCH–MAY

Private Chef & Service Stew Couple

A superb seasonal opportunity for a hospitality-focused couple supporting the family during their periods of residence and entertaining.

Chef responsibilities:

• Preparing fresh, high-quality daily meals for the principals and child
• Confident family-style cooking with occasional elevated entertaining
• Menu planning, provisioning, and kitchen organisation
• Flexibility around guest entertaining for close friends and family

Service Stew responsibilities:

• Polished food and beverage service
• Guest hosting and table presentation
• Interior support and maintaining excellent standards
• Assisting with household service requirements during entertaining
• Ensuring a calm, organised guest experience

Package:

• Chef: €5,000 per month NET
• Service Steward(ess): €4,000 per month NET
• Accommodation provided
• Seasonal engagement:
  September–November / March–May

Candidate Profile

We are particularly interested in candidates who:

• Have previous experience within private households, UHNW residences, luxury hospitality, or superyachts
• Speak Italian (strong preference)
• Present professionally and operate with complete discretion
• Are warm, adaptable, and service-led
• Work well within a private family environment
• Are child-friendly, respectful, and naturally intuitive
