An UHNW principal is seeking an experienced Estate Hospitality Lead for a stunning private island residence on Lake Joseph, Ontario.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior yacht steward/ess or service professional seeking a long-term transition into land-based private household work.

The Role

• Principal and guest service at a luxury private island estate
• Weekend-focused operations during summer season
• Table service, hosting, property readiness
• Liaising with chef and estate staff
• Wardrobe and packing support
• Ensuring seamless lifestyle delivery

• Island with multiple residences
• Gym, pool, cabanas and marina access
• Remote, peaceful natural setting
• Staff accommodation provided

Candidate Requirements

• Senior yachting or UHNW hospitality background
• Highly discreet and intuitive service style
• Comfortable living in a remote location
• Flexible schedule and strong stamina
• Legal right to work in Canada

Contract

• Seasonal April/May – October (extension possible)
• Potential winter placement Toronto or Miami
