Quay Group are seeking a talented Seasonal Private Chef to support a UHNW family based in the Hamptons for the summer season.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a health-focused chef with strong nutrition knowledge and a passion for fresh, seasonal cuisine to join a vibrant, hospitality-driven household environment.
The ideal candidate will be confident creating elevated yet approachable meals centred around:
• High-protein, wellness-focused cooking
• Vegetarian & pescatarian cuisine
• Organic, farm-to-table ingredients
• Global flavours and themed family-style dining
The family enjoys relaxed but polished entertaining, with frequent use of an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, and pizza oven throughout the summer.
Key responsibilities include:
• Daily meal preparation for family and guests
• Healthy snacks and children’s meals
• Grocery shopping and local market sourcing
• Menu planning and provisioning
• Maintaining exceptional kitchen cleanliness and organisation
• Collaborating closely with the Butler during entertaining and events
The successful candidate will be:
• Positive, energetic, and adaptable
• Highly organised with excellent cleanliness standards
• Comfortable in an open kitchen environment
• Experienced with allergy protocols and nutrition-focused cooking
• Happy working within a collaborative household team
Live-in accommodation provided
Up to $700 - $1,000/day DOE
