We are looking for a talented and well-rounded Sole Chef to join a busy 30m charter M/Y for the upcoming season, with the strong possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.
- This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys working independently in a small team environment and can confidently deliver high-quality cuisine to both guests and crew.
- You’ll be fully in charge of the galley, so we’re looking for someone organised, creative, and calm under pressure.
- The yacht operates a mix of private and charter use (Charters are already booked), so you should be comfortable adapting your style to different guest preferences, dietary requirements, and service styles.
- Strong provisioning skills and the ability to manage budgets and plan varied, exciting menus are key.
- You’ll ideally have previous yachting experience as a Sole Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up, along with a good understanding of charter expectations.
- A positive attitude and team-focused mindset are just as important as your food.
- Previous yachting experience preferred (Sole Chef or strong Sous Chef)
- Confident working as the only chef on board
- Able to produce a variety of cuisines to a high standard
- A salary of up to €5,500 is on offer with charter tips
