We are currently seeking a talented and well-rounded seasonal Sole Chef for a 30m+ private/charter M/Y.

- Proven experience as a Sole Chef on similar-sized yachts
- Confident in creating diverse, high-quality menus for both private and charter use
- Skilled in provisioning, galley management, and dietary requirements
- Clean, organised, and able to work independently
- Charter experience is highly desirable
- Food & Hygiene Level 2 (minimum)
- Friendly, professional crew and supportive working environment
- Varied program with guest trips and private cruising
- A salary of €5,000 plus charter tips is on offer
