Senior Service Stew required for 90m MY 

• We are looking for a Senior, experience Service Stew to join this private 90m, Med based yacht 
• Candidates will have a solid 3 years of yachting under their belt and shown good longevity in their previous roles.
• This is a role with responsibilities - you will be the right hand to the 2nd Stew that leads all family service, you will also be responsible for the floor when she is on break 
• You will be good at adapting to the needs of the yacht, there will be periods when it is extremely busy and then periods when it is quieter and your role will change accordingly 
• A large part of this role is being creative. The owner is very into elaborate, large tablescapes and this happens at every service. This will largely fall on you to think of create and deliver 
• Service is predominantly plated and formal 
• Back of house is also important and you must be attention to detail orientated and be able to guide the juniors 
• Through winter (Downtime), you will be running the day to day of the interior, where the 2nd Stew is predominantly admin based 
• Start ASAP - to finish off the season before heading to France for winter 
• Salary 4500 EURO
