Senior Service Stewardess - LIVE OUT
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £40-42,000 per annum
Schedule: 5 days per week (flexibility required)

We are seeking an experienced and professional Senior Service Stewardess to join a UHNW private residence in Burford. This is a hands-on role for a service-focused individual with a strong background in both formal and informal household service.

As a key member of the service team, you will ensure seamless daily operations and consistently high standards across all aspects of household service. The ideal candidate will bring discretion, adaptability, and proven expertise in private service, yacht service, or luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily service operations, including both formal and informal meals.

• Personally prepare and serve breakfast for the principals as required.

• Manage provisions, maintaining dry store and wine inventory.

• Provide training and support to junior service team members.

• Liaise with other household staff and departments to ensure smooth coordination.

• Uphold the highest standards of discretion, presentation, and professionalism.

• Adapt to the evolving needs of the household, maintaining a proactive and seamless approach.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Second Stewardess, Head of Service, or Senior Hospitality professional in a UHNW setting.

• Strong knowledge of service etiquette and wine.

• Excellent communication skills; proactive and forward-thinking.

• Highly discreet with strong attention to detail.

• Flexible, with the ability to work varying hours and take time back in lieu (no overtime).

• Able to commute to Burford.
