Service Stewardess – Private Estate, Cotswolds

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 DOE | Schedule: 5 days per week (including weekends, flexibility required) | Start Date: ASAP 

We are seeking an experienced and polished Service Stewardess to join a UHNW private estate interior team.
This is a hands-on service role within an established household team, ideal for a professional with a background in private service, yachting, or luxury hospitality.

The successful candidate will deliver exceptional day-to-day service to the principals and their guests, ensuring standards remain consistently impeccable. You will bring energy, discretion, and initiative, working seamlessly with other household departments to create a calm, professional, and refined service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver daily service operations including formal and informal dining.

• Personally prepare and serve breakfast to the principals as required.

• Assist with stock control, provisioning, and dry-store management.

• Uphold the highest standards of presentation, discretion, and professionalism.

• Adapt to changing household needs and ensure seamless, intuitive service.

• Collaborate effectively with other team members and provide guidance to junior staff.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a UHNW private household, superyacht, or 5-star hospitality environment.

• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

• Confident in service etiquette, wine service, and table presentation.

• Flexible approach to working hours and days off – lieu time given for busier periods.

• Must live in the area or be keen to relocate (accommodation provided for the first 2-3 months whilst you settle in)

• Discreet, trustworthy, and polished in both manner and appearance.
