We are looking for a confident and creative Sole Chef to join a well-run 45m M/Y operating both privately and on charter in the Mediterranean.

- Plan and deliver varied, high-quality menus for guests and crew
- Cater to a range of dietary requirements and preferences
- Manage all provisioning, budgeting, and stock control
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and galley organisation standards
- Adapt quickly between private use and charter expectations
- Produce crew meals daily alongside guest service
- Previous experience as a Sole Chef on a similar-sized yacht or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
- Proven charter experience preferred
- Strong repertoire across Mediterranean, healthy, and modern international cuisine
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- A package of €7,000 and 60 days leave is on offer
