We are seeking an experienced Sole Chef to join a 33m Private M/Y

• This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-rounded chef who enjoys working independently and creating high-quality, personalised cuisine for a private owner
• You will be responsible for all aspects of the galley operation, from menu planning and provisioning to delivering fresh, creative meals tailored to the owner’s preferences
• The yacht is looking for a chef who is organised, adaptable, and confident managing a galley independently
• Proven experience as a Sole Chef
• Confident with both family-style meals and plated dishes
• Strong culinary background with a diverse range of cuisines in Asian, Japanese, Italian and French
• Experience preparing Jewish cuisine and traditional breads, including challah, is preferred
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• A salary of €7,000 - €8,000 is on offer
• Start date: ASAP
