We are looking for a confident and creative Temp Sole Chef to join a well-run 45m M/Y operating both privately and on charter in the Mediterranean.

• This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys autonomy in the galley and can deliver consistently high standards across a variety of cuisines.
• Cruising will be SOF & Italy
• Plan and deliver varied, high-quality menus for guests and crew
• Cater to a range of dietary requirements and preferences
• Manage all provisioning, budgeting, and stock control
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and galley organisation standards
• Adapt quickly between private use and charter expectations
• Produce crew meals daily alongside guest service
• Previous experience as a Sole Chef on a similar-sized yacht or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
• Proven charter experience preferred
• Strong repertoire across Mediterranean, healthy, and modern international cuisine
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Package to be discussed with the captain
