We are seeking an experienced Sole Chef to join a 48m Private M/Y operating between the USA and Caribbean.

• This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-rounded chef who enjoys working independently and creating high-quality, personalised cuisine for a private owner
• You will be responsible for all aspects of the galley operation, from menu planning and provisioning to delivering fresh, creative meals tailored to the owner’s preferences
• The yacht is looking for a chef who is organised, adaptable, and confident managing a galley independently
• Proven experience as a Sole Chef or senior yacht chef
• Strong culinary background with a diverse range of cuisines
• Confident creating tailored menus for private owners
• Strong provisioning, budgeting, and galley management skills
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• B1/B2 is essential
• A salary of $10,000 with 60 days leave is on offer
