Looking for an experienced Sole Chef to join a 40m Private yacht!

• Great cruising around SE Asia, and likely to spend the foreseeable future cruising around those areas
• Looking for a chef with a real focus on Asian cuisine (this is a MUST)
• This is not a party boat, they have a real family set up on board.
• You'll have some good experience provisioning in remote locations!
• You will have a love and flair for Med/Greek, Italian and have some great ideas for salads/grilled fish and incorporating fresh local produce.
• A real bonus if you have baking skills for fresh bread!
• The owner will usually want fairly simple family style presentation, but you will need to have the ability to step it up for dinner parties and some events when required.
