• The yacht is well used by 2 fantastic owners where they live to eat
• You don't need have come from a top Michelin-Star background, but some creativity is nice to show
• All about fresh produce especially seafood 
• You will be happy to pull out all the stops and do some meals with the "wow" factor but otherwise - just happy to cook good, decent, simple food.
• Presentation of the food is super important - whether that be buffet or plated
• Good, fun and friendly people to work for, personality is big for them!
