Yacht & Crew Profile

• An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Sole Chef to join a beautiful 40m motor yacht operating a busy charter programme.
• The chef will have full ownership of the galley, working closely with the interior team to deliver a varied and high standard of food throughout each trip.
• Extensive 6-month, $4 million refit since April 2026
• Dual-season charter programme covering the Caribbean, Bahamas and Mediterranean, with upcoming trips to the Bahamas, Antigua Charter Show and St Barts, before heading to the Med.
• Good mix of crew on board that like to get out an do crew activities together
• New boat owners but experienced charterers (12-14 years).Incredible crew food. Focus on healthy, clean eating with a generous budget
• No crew gym, but crew are active and a pull-up bar, yoga mats, and free weights are planned. Crew may use tenders for fishing during downtime.

Role Requirements

• The chef will have full ownership of the galley, working closely with the interior team to deliver a varied and high standard of food throughout each trip.
• Maintaining a clean and organised galley
• Creating and executing diverse menus for owners, charter guests, and crew, adhering to dietary requirements
• Managing provisioning in the Caribbean, Bahamas, and Mediterranean, dealing with local agents.
• Previous Sole Chef experience on yachts with strong charter experience
• Confident cooking a broad range of cuisines
• Positive, personable and happy working as part of a small crew
• Someone who takes pride in their food and enjoys the variety of charter life
