Yacht & Crew Profile

• Stunning 50m new build M/Y
• Private for the first Season, looking to charter next season
• Experienced yacht owners
• Winter plan is to cross to the Caribbean - Bahamas, Puerta Rico, Florida
• Crew are healthy, active, and fitness-oriented.
• Good longevity with some of the current crew that have worked with the owners for a number of years
• Discretionary Bonus

Role Requirements

• The chef will have full ownership of the galley, working closely with the interior team to deliver a varied and high standard of food throughout each trip.
• Maintaining a clean and organised galley
• Creating and executing diverse menus for owners, charter guests, and crew, adhering to dietary requirements
• Managing provisioning in the Caribbean, Bahamas, and Mediterranean, dealing with local agents.
• Previous Sole Chef experience on yachts with strong charter experience
• Confident cooking a broad range of cuisines
• Positive, personable and happy working as part of a small crew
