We are seeking a talented and experienced Sole Chef to join a 40mm Private/Charter M/Y.

• A strong culinary background with proven experience as a Sole Chef on yachts of similar size
• A passion for seasonal, fresh, and international cuisine with the ability to tailor menus to both private guests and charter expectations
• Experience provisioning globally and managing all aspects of the galley solo
• Excellent time management, cleanliness, and organisation
• Charter experience preferred but not essential – a positive attitude and flexibility are key
• Creating varied, high-quality menus for guests and crew
• Managing galley hygiene to the highest standards
• Budgeting and provisioning in both remote and well-stocked locations
• Collaborating closely with the Captain and Chief Stew to deliver a seamless guest experience
