We are looking for a motivated and talented Sous Chef to join a stunning 70m Private M/Y operating a dual season itinerary. 

• The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Sous Chef on a similar sized yacht or come from a strong land based fine dining background with a genuine passion for transitioning into yachting.
• You will be confident across a wide range of cuisines, have excellent organisational skills, and enjoy working in a fast paced, high standard galley
• The role requires someone who is calm under pressure, adaptable, and a great team player.
• You will assist with menu planning, provisioning, stock control, food safety, and day to day galley operations while maintaining impeccable presentation and attention to detail
• Previous yacht experience as a Sous Chef preferred
• Excellent knowledge of international cuisine
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A package of €4,600 plus 3:1 rotation is on offer
