55m motor yacht is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team on a private/charter dual season program cruising the South Pacific and Caribbean.
- The vessel operates a mix of private owner use and charter, so the galley runs to a high standard while maintaining the flexibility required during busy charter periods.
- The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in all aspects of galley operations, helping to deliver high quality guest dining as well as daily crew meals.

- Assist the Head Chef with guest meal preparation and service
- Prepare crew meals to a good standard
- Support provisioning and stock control
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the galley
- Assist with menu preparation and organisation during charters
- Food Safety and Hygiene certificates are required
- B1/B2 is essential
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef on a yacht or strong restaurant background
- Positive attitude and strong team player
- A package of €5,000 with 42 days leave is on offer
