Sous Chef - Private new build - exciting opportunity for the right chef!

• We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef who comes from a yachting background to join a lovely 100m+ yacht!
• You will be assisting with most things - the goal being to do more of the guest food, along with organising and helping with provisioning while the Head Chefs focus on menu planning.
• You will be joining a yacht with one of the most personable yacht owners out there - great captains and HOD's - a fantastic working environment onboard!
• Looking for someone who is outgoing and will get involved socially with the crew
• Ideally you will show longevity in your yachting career.
• €7,500 - time:time rotation
• B1/B2 is a bonus
