An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join a well-established 60m Private M/Y operating in the Mediterranean.
- Working alongside an experienced Head Chef, this is an excellent position for a chef looking to further develop their skills in a high-standard private programme while enjoying a positive and professional crew environment.
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or good land-based experience
- Confident across a variety of cuisines with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure
- Professional and supportive onboard culture
- Driving license is essential
- Salary - €5,000
- 30 days leave
- Monday to Friday over the winter
- Nice crew culture on and off board
