An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join a well-established 60m Private M/Y operating in the Mediterranean.

  • Working alongside an experienced Head Chef, this is an excellent position for a chef looking to further develop their skills in a high-standard private programme while enjoying a positive and professional crew environment.
  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or good land-based experience
  • Confident across a variety of cuisines with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure
  • Professional and supportive onboard culture
  • Driving license is essential 
  • Salary - €5,000 
  • 30 days leave 
  • Monday to Friday over the winter 
  • Nice crew culture on and off board 
  • Start date: ASAP
