We are currently seeking a Sous Chef to join a 70m Private & Charter M/Y.

• The yacht currently runs on a dual season itinerary between Med & Caribbean
• Experienced yacht owners
• There is a mix between charter and owners trips, with more charter enquiries happening for the end of the Med season.
• 21 crew with a great mix of cultures on board 
• Good social bunch that likes to get out and do crew activities together
• You will need to have experience as a Sous Chef or solid land based experience.
• Having a good understanding of baking and desserts would enhance your application 
• $6,000 per month 
• Share of charter tips 
• 3:1 rotation! 
• Start date - Between now and 12th July
