We are seeking a motivated and well-rounded Sous Chef to join a busy 55m private/charter motor yacht ahead of an exciting season in French Polynesia.
- This is a great opportunity for a chef with solid yachting foundations who enjoys producing fresh, healthy cuisine and thrives in an active, fitness-focused environment.
- Start Date: 20th–25th April (earlier preferred)
- Program: Private with 3 confirmed charters (first charter begins 4th May)
- You will be supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality meals for up to 14 crew and guests, with a strong focus on healthy, balanced dishes. The ideal candidate will be organised, clean in their work, and confident working in a fast-paced galley.

- B1/B2 Visa preferred but not essential

- Salary: €5,000 DOE
- 42 days leave
- 13th month bonus
- €1,000 annual training budget
- 10 days training leave (50% after 6 months, remaining after 12 months)
