We are seeking a strong and motivated Sous Chef to join a 65m private/light charter M/Y.
- This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys a crew-focused role while still being involved in high-end guest food preparation and service
- Primary responsibility is crew food for up to 20 crew
- Supporting the Head Chef with guest prep and service during owner and charter trips
- Maintaining high standards across both crew and guest food
- Assisting with provisioning, stock control, and galley organisation
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld at all times
- Strong background in high-volume, high-quality cooking
- Confident producing varied, nutritious, and well-presented crew meals
- Organised, clean, and able to manage time effectively
- Willing to step up and assist with guest food when required
- Previous yachting experience preferred but not essential with the right land-based background
- Private with light charter
- Typically dual season cruising - Med focus for the foreseeable future, with Caribbean potentially not returning until late 2027
- Start date - Beginning of May
- A package of €4,000 with time for time rotation is on offer
- Use of crew gym and toys in downtime
- Ships cook certificate is essential
