An exceptional UHNW family in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced, warm and engaging Spanish-speaking Career Nanny to join their established household team.

This is an exciting long-term opportunity for a professional nanny who is passionate about child development and genuinely enjoys creating an enriching, educational and nurturing environment.

Fluent or native-level Spanish is essential for this position.

The family is looking for someone who brings energy, warmth and initiative to the role, someone who will actively engage with the children, encourage their development and become a trusted and valued member of the household team.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing exceptional day-to-day care while creating a stimulating and development-focused environment.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing attentive, nurturing and developmentally appropriate care.
• Speaking Spanish with the children and supporting their language development.
• Planning creative, educational and age-appropriate activities.
• Encouraging learning, curiosity, independence and confidence.
• Supporting developmental milestones and positive social and emotional development.
• Managing children's daily routines and maintaining consistency.
• Organizing activities, outings and experiences.
• Working collaboratively with parents, other nannies and household staff.
• Maintaining children's spaces, belongings and supplies.
• Traveling with the family when required.
• Maintaining complete discretion and professionalism at all times.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for an established career nanny who has:

• Native or fluent Spanish – essential.
• Significant professional nanny experience.
• Strong knowledge of child development and developmental milestones.
• Previous experience working within private households; UHNW experience is highly desirable.
• A warm, engaging and nurturing personality.
• A proactive, organized and flexible approach.
• The ability to work seamlessly as part of a fully staffed household.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel with the family.
• Exceptional references from previous long-term positions.

A degree or formal training in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education or a related discipline would be highly advantageous.

Schedule & Package

Location: Los Angeles, California
Schedule: Five days per week – likely Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday, depending on the family's schedule
Start: ASAP
Compensation: Excellent market-rate compensation, dependent on experience, plus benefits
Travel: Some travel required
