The Role:
- Provide exceptional day-to-day care and support to the family's child(ren)
- Foster a stimulating, educational, and development-focused environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, and independence
- Support developmental milestones and promote positive social and emotional growth
- Maintain routines and ensure the children's overall wellbeing, safety, and happiness
- Liaise effectively with parents and other household staff to ensure seamless daily operations
- Accompany the family on travel as required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Native or fluent Spanish language skills (essential)
- Significant prior experience working as a nanny within private households, ideally UHNW environments
- A strong background in child development, early years education, or a related field
- A warm, engaging, and nurturing approach, balanced with professionalism and discretion
- The ability to create enriching and educational experiences tailored to each child's developmental stage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility regarding schedule and travel requirements
