We are seeking a professional and versatile Stew/Cook to join a 20m private/charter sailing catamaran with a dual season program in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
- The position is a dual-role combining both interior and galley responsibilities.
- The successful candidate will be capable of delivering a high standard of guest service and housekeeping, while also preparing and presenting varied, healthy, and well-balanced meals for both guests and crew.
- Charter experience on vessels of a similar size will be considered a strong advantage.
- Charters already booked for the Caribbean
- Provisioning, menu planning, and preparation of meals for guests and crew
- Delivering a high standard of service during private and charter operations
- Housekeeping and interior maintenance to ensure the vessel is presented to the highest level at all times
- Flexibility to support the team in all areas when required
- Previous experience in a similar Stew/Cook role, ideally within the charter sector
- Confident culinary skills with the ability to cater to a variety of guest preferences and dietary requirements
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic
- Professional presentation with a positive and adaptable attitude
