Stew/Cook – 20m Sailing Catamaran – Dual Season (Mediterranean & Caribbean)

We are seeking a professional and versatile Stew/Cook to join a 20m private/charter sailing catamaran with a dual season program in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.

  • The position is a dual-role combining both interior and galley responsibilities.
  • The successful candidate will be capable of delivering a high standard of guest service and housekeeping, while also preparing and presenting varied, healthy, and well-balanced meals for both guests and crew.
  • Charter experience on vessels of a similar size will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Charters already booked for the Caribbean
  • Provisioning, menu planning, and preparation of meals for guests and crew
  • Delivering a high standard of service during private and charter operations
  • Housekeeping and interior maintenance to ensure the vessel is presented to the highest level at all times
  • Flexibility to support the team in all areas when required
  • Previous experience in a similar Stew/Cook role, ideally within the charter sector
  • Confident culinary skills with the ability to cater to a variety of guest preferences and dietary requirements
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic
  • Professional presentation with a positive and adaptable attitude
  • Itinerary: Dual Season – Mediterranean & Caribbean
  • B1/B2 is NOT essential
  • Start Date: Immediately
  • A salary of €4,000 plus charter tips is on offer
