We are seeking an exceptional Sole Chef with Michelin-level experience to join a high-end 35m+ Charter S/Yon a dual season itinerary.

• Michelin star restaurant background or equivalent fine dining experience
• Strong understanding of provisioning and menu planning for charters
• Ability to cater to a wide range of dietary requirements and preferences
• High level of cleanliness, organisation, and time management
• Previous experience on sailing yachts or smaller crewed yachts is a plus
• Itinerary: Mediterranean summer / Caribbean winter
