- Michelin star restaurant background or equivalent fine dining experience
- Strong understanding of provisioning and menu planning for charters
- Ability to cater to a wide range of dietary requirements and preferences
- High level of cleanliness, organisation, and time management
- Previous experience on sailing yachts or smaller crewed yachts is a plus
- Itinerary: Mediterranean summer / Caribbean winter
