We’re seeking a Fleet Technical Superintendent at the very top of their field - a marine engineering professional with the intellect, authority, and finesse to maintain peak technical performance across a globally operating fleet. About the Fleet
A diverse, privately managed collection of 60m–120m vessels featuring advanced hybrid propulsion, DP systems, and ice-class capability. Operating worldwide, the fleet is run to exacting standards, with continuous innovation and investment at its core.
The Role
Working remotely, you’ll ensure the technical integrity and performance of multiple vessels, coordinating with Captains, Engineers, and the management team. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the fleet’s long-term technical strategy - questioning and improving systems, processes, and controls with intellectual precision and political awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
	- 
	Oversee technical management, maintenance systems, and engineering budgets 
- 
	Conduct technical inspections, condition assessments, and dry-dock oversight 
- 
	Lead refit and upgrade planning across the fleet 
- 
	Mentor onboard Engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement 
- 
	Challenge and refine fleet-wide processes, documentation, and IT systems 
- 
	Ensure full compliance with ISM, ISPS, MARPOL, and Class/Flag standards 
The Candidate
A highly accomplished Chief Engineer (Unlimited) or experienced Technical Superintendent with a proven record in large yachts, passenger, or commercial tonnage.
You will bring:

	Deep technical expertise in complex propulsion and automation systems 
- 
	Strong understanding of Class/Flag compliance (ABS, DNV, Cayman, etc.) 
- 
	Exceptional analytical and communication skills 
- 
	The confidence to question convention - and the diplomacy to bring people with you

	Global mobility and a discreet, professional manner suited to a UHNW environment
