We're looking for an experienced Private Chef to join a luxury private villa in Portugal for a one week booking.

• This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented chef with a Michelin background and a passion for creating exceptional food in an intimate, high end setting.
• You'll be responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for the principal and guests, delivering a varied and memorable dining experience throughout their stay.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Michelin starred kitchens alongside experience across a broad range of cuisines.
• You'll be equally comfortable producing elegant fine dining menus, relaxed Mediterranean feasts, fresh seafood, vibrant Asian dishes, healthy wellness focused meals, and family style dining, adapting your menus to suit guests' tastes and dietary requirements.
• You will have strong knowledge of a wide variety of international cuisines
• Previous experience as a private chef, villa chef, or yacht chef preferred
• Comfortable catering for UHNW individuals and guests
• Confident menu planning and provisioning
• Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
• Available for a one week contract from the 20th August • Luxury private villa based in Portugal
• Competitive day rate, dependent on experience
