Private 70m M/Y based in North America is seeking a temporary Sous Chef to step up as Sole Chef while the Head Chef is on leave.

- The role will involve cooking primarily for crew, with no planned owner trips during this period, allowing for a steady and manageable workload.
- Candidates should be comfortable running the galley independently, producing nutritious and varied crew meals, managing provisioning, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Having bread baking and dessert experience is more favourable
- Start date is early June through to the end of July.
- Previous yachting experience preferred
- Confident cooking independently for crew
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Positive attitude and easy-going personality
- B1/B2 is essential
