We are seeking a highly experienced, confident, and polished temporary Chief Stew to join a 40m+ Private M/Y.

• Managing and mentoring the interior team with daily task planning and performance oversight
• Overseeing guest service, including silver service, table settings, and cocktail service 
• Detailed housekeeping and laundry management
• Inventory control of interior supplies, toiletries, linens, uniforms, and décor
• Guest and crew provisioning, floral arrangements, and guest itinerary coordination
• Minimum 2-3 years experience as Chief Stew on similar-sized yachts (35m+)
• Natural leader with excellent communication and management skills
• A true service professional with an eye for detail and creative flair
• Confident with wine pairing, table décor, and high-end service delivery
• Discreet, trustworthy, and highly organised
• Energetic, positive, and hands-on – someone who leads by example and fosters a strong team atmosphere
• A salary of €8,000-€8,500 is on offer 
• This position is to ASAP until the 1st October (it could potentially go temp to perm for the right person)
