An Ultra-High Net Worth Principal based in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an exceptional Traveling Personal Assistant to support them and their young family across multiple residences.
This is a fast-paced and hands-on role suited to a highly organized individual who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in ensuring a household runs seamlessly. The role would suit someone with experience supporting UHNW families or a former Chief Steward(ess) / Senior Steward(ess) transitioning ashore.
The Role
The principal divides their time between two primary residences and relocates often to a different location for a period of time, and the successful candidate will ensure all logistics and household transitions are handled smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level personal assistant support, including complex calendar management
- Coordinate all transitions between residences to ensure each home is fully prepared
- Conduct regular walkthroughs of properties to ensure everything is organized and in place
- Maintain inventory across residences including linens, bedding, towels and household essentials
- Assist with property management tasks as required
- Support wardrobe organization and packing
- Coordinate closely with the wider household team
- Manage household organization and task tracking
- Ensure seamless coordination whenever the family relocates or travels
Ideal Candidate
- Experience supporting UHNW individuals or families
- Background as a Chief Steward(ess) Senior Steward(ess)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong calendar management and logistical planning skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with smart home systems and digital tools
- Flexible and adaptable with a 24/7 mindset when the principal is in residence
- Strong work ethic with a proactive and solution-focused approach
