Quay Family Office is seeking an experienced and highly organized Traveling Assistant to support the Chief of Staff for a private family based in Dallas, TX . This role plays a vital part in coordinating personal, administrative, and travel logistics across multiple residences and international destinations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the Chief of Staff, managing day-to-day logistics, scheduling, and coordination.
- Oversee travel arrangements, itineraries, and on-site logistics across the U.S., South America , Europe, and the Caribbean.
- Act as a liaison between household staff, vendors, and service providers.
- Assist with organization of personal effects, wardrobe, and travel-related materials.
- Maintain administrative and personal documentation with absolute discretion.
- Support events, appointments, and ad hoc projects as required.
About You
- Previous experience in a similar administrative, personal assistant, or support role within a high-net-worth household or family office.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.

Additional Information
- Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per annum
- Performance-based annual bonus eligibility
