A prestigious private estate in New York is seeking an experienced Estate Hospitality Steward / Stewardess to deliver exceptional service at the highest standard.

Working alongside the Executive Chef and estate team, you will support daily household service, private dining, and special events, ensuring a seamless and discreet experience for the principal and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily meal, cocktail, and wine service
• Support private dinners, meetings, and special events
• Set and style dining tables; maintain floral arrangements
• Maintain immaculate kitchens, butler’s pantry, and service areas
• Care for fine china, silver, glassware, and service items
• Track food and beverage preferences
• Liaise with vendors and household teams
• Manage service inventories and wine cellar
• Run errands and assist with personal shopping
• Travel between properties as required

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in luxury hospitality, yachting  or private households
• Highly discreet, polished, and service-focused
• Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, reliable, and flexible

Requirements

• Legally authorised to work in the US -* US Passport or Green Card holder *
• Valid passport and driver’s licence
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally
• Comfortable undergoing a full background check
