A rare opportunity for an experienced Vessel Operations Manager to join a highly sophisticated private fleet operating at the very top end of the superyacht sector.
This is a senior operational role for someone who combines strong yacht management experience with sound technical awareness, excellent judgement and the confidence to operate across large, complex vessels.

- Monitoring budgets, operational expenditure and supplier performance
- Supporting Flag, Class and compliance requirements where required
- Reviewing operational priorities, risks and vessel readiness
- Driving consistency, best practice and continuous improvement across the fleet
- Managing complex issues calmly and diplomatically
- Travelling to vessels and shipyards internationally as required
The Person

- Strong commercial judgement and financial awareness
- A collaborative, low-ego approach and genuine team mentality
- The diplomacy to handle sensitive situations while still driving decisions forward
