Assistant Villa Manager – South Pacific

An exclusive private estate in the South Pacific is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Villa Manager to support the smooth daily operations of a world-class luxury property. Working closely with the Manager, you will help ensure an exceptional owner & guest experience while managing staff, logistics, and service delivery in a remote, breathtaking island setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily villa operations, including housekeeping, F&B, guest services, and maintenance coordination

  • Act as a key point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring service excellence and attention to detail

  • Supervise, train, and motivate multi-disciplinary staff to uphold the highest standards

  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure seamless logistical support

  • Monitor inventory and supplies, managing procurement and stock levels efficiently

  • Handle scheduling, staff rotations, and assist with administrative reporting

  • Uphold safety, hygiene, and sustainability protocols across the property

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role within luxury hospitality or private estate environments

  • Proven ability to manage teams and multitask under pressure in a dynamic setting

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong sense of discretion and professionalism

  • Fluent in both French and English

  • Experience working in a remote, French-speaking island or comparable environment is highly desirable
