Assistant Villa Manager – South Pacific
An exclusive private estate in the South Pacific is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Villa Manager to support the smooth daily operations of a world-class luxury property. Working closely with the Manager, you will help ensure an exceptional owner & guest experience while managing staff, logistics, and service delivery in a remote, breathtaking island setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily villa operations, including housekeeping, F&B, guest services, and maintenance coordination

Act as a key point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring service excellence and attention to detail

Supervise, train, and motivate multi-disciplinary staff to uphold the highest standards

Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure seamless logistical support

Monitor inventory and supplies, managing procurement and stock levels efficiently

Handle scheduling, staff rotations, and assist with administrative reporting

Uphold safety, hygiene, and sustainability protocols across the property
Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 3 years in a similar role within luxury hospitality or private estate environments

Proven ability to manage teams and multitask under pressure in a dynamic setting

Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong sense of discretion and professionalism

Fluent in both French and English

Experience working in a remote, French-speaking island or comparable environment is highly desirable
