Yacht Manager – Fort Lauderdale

We’re seeking an experienced, proactive Yacht Manager to join our client's Fort Lauderdale-based team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of large private and charter yachts, delivering seamless operational support to Captains, Crew, and Owners, and ensuring vessels remain compliant, crewed, and ready to sail.

This is an ideal opportunity for either:

• A current Yacht Manager looking to grow within a dynamic, supportive team in Fort Lauderdale, or

• A Superyacht Captain or First Officer with strong administrative and compliance skills, ready to transition into a respected shore-based role.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Owners, Captains, and Crew.

• Oversee compliance with ISM, Flag, and Class requirements.

• Manage operational and financial reporting, maintenance coordination, and crew logistics.

• Monitor safety documentation and inspection schedules.

• Coordinate emergency response plans and support critical onboard systems oversight.

• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in yacht management or senior onboard superyacht experience (Captain/Chief Officer).

• Strong knowledge of ISM, MLC, and Flag State requirements.

• Confident handling budgets, crew matters, and operational logistics.

• A calm, solutions-oriented approach and exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Based in Fort Lauderdale.

• Legal right to work in the USA is essential.
