Yacht Manager – Monaco

An expanding market leader is looking for an experienced Yacht Manager to join its team in Monaco.

This role is central to ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of a portfolio of managed yachts. It combines operational oversight with close client and crew interaction, requiring someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a confident grasp of regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for yacht owners, captains, and crew

• Coordinate the full range of yacht management services, including compliance, certification, reporting, and crew support

• Ensure vessels meet all regulatory, safety, and operational standards

• Manage documentation, audits, inspections, and liaise with relevant authorities and insurers

• Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to address issues and ensure smooth operations

• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities within your fleet and supporting commercial proposals

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in yacht or maritime operations, with a clear understanding of ISM, MLC, and Flag/Class compliance

• Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to work across multiple departments and vessel teams

• Organised, thorough, and capable of managing complex and time-sensitive tasks

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of responsibility

• Commercially aware, with the ability to identify additional service opportunities
